Sets and Reps = Beginners: 1 set of 1 to 3 minutes
Intermediate: 1 set of 3 to 5 minutes
Advanced: 1 set of 5 to 8 minutes.
Instructions
1. Hold firmly the cross stabilizing bar!
2. Stand and place each foot within the feet platforms.
3. While feet securely placed on both feet platforms, begin taking strides, splitting your legs apart from each other.
4. To end the routine, make sure the machine is NOT moving.
5. Slowly remove one foot from the foot platform, not releasing the cross stabilizing bar. Remove your other foot from the foot platform.
6. Remove hands from cross stabilizing bar.
