How do I return an item?

All Free shipping items will be charged the original shipping when returned.
All returns must be authorized by PLAYKIDS within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days all non-defective items marked (Ship in 48 or 72 Hrs)] are subject to a 10% restocking charge and our 30 day return policy.

We will replace or repair, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed. All replacement parts will be shipped ground. Unit parts are send with truck and other pieces are shipped via UPS Ground. If your parts are damaged during transportation, please contact the shipping company. We are not responsible for their negligence.

The customer should accept a product deemed to be damaged from the carrier. In order to facilitate a timely resolution with the carrier, the customer should document the damage with the driver at the point of delivery in order for The Company to file a damage claim as well as arrange for an inspection and pick up of the damaged product. Customer must notify The Company within 5 days of arrival, if you don't document the damage with the driver at the point of delivery you will override any damage claim.

All other non-defective returns authorized by PLAYKIDS are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be returned within 30 days from the date of the Invoice/Sale.

Prior to shipping your return, You will need to fill out a
Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) if you have any more questions please call 1-800-958-5437. Items must be returned within 10 days after receiving your RMA and must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging with manuals, manufacturer documents and the registration card intact. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the package and mail your shipment to:
